Santo vs. the Evil Brain (original Spanish title: Santo contra el cerebro diabólico) is a 1961 Mexican horror-action film directed by Joselito Rodríguez. Though often mistaken as the first Santo film, the true debut was Santo contra los hombres infernales (1958). The film stars the legendary Mexican wrestler and actor Rodolfo Guzmán Huerta as Santo, alongside Joaquín Cordero, Norma Suárez, and Enrique Zambrano. It was filmed in Mexico, with principal photography taking place there.
